Does Reservation Justify Equality ? And How It Is Sinful In The Scenario Of India?

"In order to strengthen a chain, we should start with strengthening its weakest link.."
                                                                                                                                            John Rawls
In order to answer the question one will ask what is reservation? Reservation for the social and educationally backward people is a tool to get on  par with others. The above quote of John Rawls states that reservation is crucial for a country to develop.
India as a country binds their people in a chain and to make India a developed nation, there must be a system which provide a way to the weakest section of its population to rise. This tool of reservation came to  remove the gap between upper and lower class of the society . And how it justify equality is to understand the term justice and equality in concrete form. Justice, means the act which provide happiness among all and it implies a quality of being just, right or reasonable. And Equality, means a way to provide equal and just opportunity for all. But this reservation seems to defy the definition of equality because if equality in concrete form is equality of opportunity then why there is this reservation which creates a preference in the system? The question looks wise but its not. Lets understand the Analogy of Race where there is two player having given equality of opportunity to participate and the rule is that who complete first will win. One is wearing expensive shoes and has all the training. On the other hand, the second one is barefooted. Now I will ask question is there an equality of opportunity? Yes. Is there a just rule? Yes. Is there lies equality in real sense? The answer will go no and that gives birth to terms like SOCIAL JUSTICE and SOCIAL EQUALITY which provide justice and equality to deprived class.
But the reservation policy of india is as sinful as that of the biased casteism. For what the reservation policy of India got its place in the constitution now its defying its own basic tenet. The policy is flawful as it is now degrading the value system of the society as those who get easily can never understand the value of the hard work behind the success . The policy which provides reservation on the basis of caste deprive the target groups whom are meant for this policy. Now the people of reserved class deprive their own people by snatching the rights to get reservation of the weaker. And the solution lies in to exclude all of the wealthy from the weakest and demolishing the sinful caste system of India which always separated people of this land and made them vulnerable to foreign attacks. The demolition of  this sinful caste system also provide a larger social equality where there will be no difference of higher and lower caste.
But the question in India is different that, Does this reservation policy of India holds good that it provide reservation in employment and higher education? No, there is a need to change this. For a developing nation like India, reservation is required but the degree of reservation must be regulated that it does not undermine talent. According to me the reservation policy of India should be repealed and replaced by a scheme where childrens of  poor and backward people will get high quality education free, from their primary schooling till Higher Secondary Education. For which government has to upgrade its Primary school to Higher Education with world class faculty and facility. Apart from this there should be scheme to provide full nutrition to backward people and their family. And a reservation should be given in the form of their preparation not a reservation in competition.
